Get vaccinated by scheduling a vaccine or booster appointment

Schedule your vaccine or booster dose appointment online HERE or call the Health Department Vaccine Scheduling Resource Line at (888) 457-0186. The scheduling resource line is available Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 9 PM ET and Saturday - Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM ET. Languages other than English are available. 

Vaccinating Homebound Persons

Georgia residents who are currently homebound due to an ongoing physical or mental disability and cannot travel to a COVID-19 vaccination site can request to receive a vaccination or booster at their home.

Please call 888-572-0112 or email HVS@dph.ga.gov with the following information for the person who needs a vaccination provided in their home. The contact phone number will be used to obtain additional information and schedule a vaccination.

DPH COVID-19 Vaccine Dashboard
The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) maintains a COVID-19 vaccine dashboard with detail regarding the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines on the DPH website here.  The dashboard provides information regarding vaccines administered, vaccination by county, and race and ethnicity data across Georgia.
